This website is operated by Competence Matters ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia nonprofit organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or send us a message, and what we do with it.

Information You Give Us

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the topic you select, and whatever you write in the message.

Online giving is not available on this site yet. When it is, we will update this policy to describe the information collected with a contribution.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

• the pages you view and how long you stay on them
• the website or link that brought you here

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
